If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a Jewelry Candles product that you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of the purchase date.

How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a guarantee request, please contact us at 1-800-230-1457 and provide information about where and when you purchased the product. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of the product or its packaging, or provide additional information to assist us in processing your request. In some cases, you may need to mail the product back to Jewelry Candles, LLC. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the product and providing proof of purchase.

What is a Surname Cash Candle? Surname Cash Candles are highly scented (we offer unscented too for those sensitive to fragrance) soy candles that have your family's last name (surname) on the candle and REAL cash inside! EVERY Surname Cash Candle comes with a REAL $2 bill inside it! Randomly selected Surname Cash Candles can get up to an additional $2500 inside their Surname Cash Candle! We offer the 1000 MOST popular surnames in the United States so be sure to find yours as they make great personalized gifts! You can even choose the scent that you want in your Surname Cash Candle from our wonderful selection of fragrances in the drop down menu.
Our candles are quite LARGE at 21 ounces and 2.5 pounds in weight! We also put the maximum fragrance load in each candle so the scent smells strong and fills a room but not overwhelming. We use cotton wicks and our own special blend of soy and coconut wax to ensure the candles have a nice clean burn from top to bottom.
